Exam Officer: collate replies from Awarding Bodies as they come in. |

SENCO: organise Type C arrangements by ensuring candidates with assessments completed by a Specialist Teacher/Educational Psychologist since the start of Year 7 are updated either by the SENCO themselves or the Specialist Teacher. Updating will involve reassessment. Where no recent report exists, ensure Specialist Teacher/Educational Psychologist completes the assessment for type C arrangements. |

Enter candidates for Type C arrangements onto the Centre Delegated Access Arrangements tool, accessed through the awarding body.
Note: This must be done before the candidates first series of the academic year. |

· Have a system in place where tutors and teachers can inform the SENCO of any student who may require support |

If Modified paper is required, seek Specialist teacher for Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired or Specific Learning Difficulties now. |

Apply screening tests, as a group where possible. Ensure Specialist Teacher/Educational Psychologist is present. Assessing at the end of the summer term will ensure assessments are valid for up to two years later i.e. the June exam series of Y11 if conducted during the summer term of Y9. Screening tests could be applied on block to Y9 students at the end of the June exam series of the current Y11. |
